In the fall of 2018 I headed out to Medicine lake, in Jasper National Park, and sat down near the water to begin my painting. As I worked I watched a moose calmly feeding in the water for almost the entire time I was painting. I couldn't leave without adding him in.
This ready-to-hangpainting is 16 x 20", watercolour on yupo paper and mounted on birch panel with acrylic gel. The painting is finished with a UV archival spray to protect it.
